I have relied on North Star for several years now. They repaired my very old furnace and air conditioner until I could replace it. I got a good product at a competitive price and their technicians are on time, work quickly and don't try to sell me stuff I don't need.
I left a voicemail with North Star Heating and Air over the weekend. They never returned my call. So we found somebody else who was willing to help. They sent me a text to leave a review, even though they never helped nor had the decency to return my phone call. Very disappointed. Google made me choose at least 1 star- but zero stars would be more appropriate. Would not recommend this company.
Anthony and his help of Jesse and Ben are amazing employees and did an excellent job on my remodel needs. They're able to accomplish all my unusual requests and stay within code as well. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and stayed until the job was done right. Would highly recommend North Star to anyone else?
I’m more than happy with my experience either North Star! I was having trouble with my mini split and they had someone out in no time. The tech arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the issue. He also took the time to explain what the issue was and how to maintain the system in the future.
