I won’t consider these guys going forward for any work. What a waste of time. Replying to response: I wouldn't say the sincerest apologies were given. It was more of "ehhh I guess that was on me, sorry. Can we reschedule in the afternoon?" In addition, there was no mention of a discount. Am I just to assume that a discount would be given? That's a crappy reply guys. This doesn't make me any more inclined to use your services. Do better.

They have terrible customer service first of all, they tell you they do everything like cleaning and pulling the blower which they did not, shortcuts taken to save time or make up time considering the service man lost a tool in my air duct then had to leave for an hour… prob why shortcuts were taken, my furnace when kicked smells of dust. Not to mention the suction barley did anything and my master bedroom furthest from the furnace was covered in dust, every room that had a register was dirty, no cleanup at all. Most unprofessional service and customer service I have experienced In sometime. Save your money and time go elsewhere.
