I phoned on a cold Saturday morning and Elijah answered right away. He told me what time he would arrive and phoned me about 10-15 minutes before he arrived. The time was exactly when he told me! He was courteous and polite and showed me exactly what he thought was wrong with my furnace. He was respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Breathe Easy!!! Thanks so much ??

Elijah from Breathe Easy came in and cleaned our ducts, checked our furnace and did a sanitation. I was very impressed with how clean our ducts were after he was done. He showed me before and after pics. Elijah is very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thanks again! Highly recommend!!

Had a furnace cleaning today we purchased home this summer it is a 1961 house and was an elderly man who although took pride in home we had no indication of any recent furnace cleanings, we also knew he had a woodshop in the home, fireplace and always had pets….figured it was overdue. Armel performed the cleaning he was thorough, professional and very understanding and kind to our own pets. We have a dog who very much wanted to be his shadow, play and give kisses to and Armel handled him like a champ! On top of that we have cats and he never asked us to move litter boxes he just did it! He went above and beyond in our eyes! Thanks so much Armel and we would use again!

I sent this to Breathe Easy as I have used them consistently over the last few years. Their response was predictable and pathetic.
I called Breathe Easy mid to end of September 2025. Was advised that you let your plumber go, and your staff suggested 2 companies who would fill the void. The person suggested Neudorf as one of the options, so I called them. They were supposed to come Sept 29th. I had forgotten we'd had previous dealings with Neudorf when we first moved here that were less than satisfactory. Lack of showing up etc. They did the same thing again and were recommending parts when they hadn't even seen the unit. This continued with excuses through to Prior to Remembrance day. I would strongly suggest you do NOT recommend Neudorf to future customers. They never did show up, and I put a complaint in with the owners.
The ONLY person who worked on this unit prior to Charlton Hill was your plumber who came February 7th, 2024. I believe you fired them or let go. The fellow was supposed to just clean the unit. I remember he mentioned that the water should recycle through the pipes, so he made some adjustments. He also mentioned something about the control panel, and made some adjustments.
On Nov 6th, I called Charlton hill. They sent out a representative right away. He showed up on Nov 14. When he opened up our unit, which was making loud grinding noises and smelled like something was burning.
He discovered your plumber back in February 2024, had opened a valve for recycling water when it wasn't even hooked up to a pipe in the house. AND reprogrammed the main control panel. I started noticing a leak, water dripping from under the unit, plus the loud noise coming from within the unit. Which in turn burnt out the motor, vents and other various parts. Which is why I called Breathe Easy in September 2025 to come and fix it. Which you couldn't.
Charlton Hill has been amazing, however I'm not happy with why I'm writing now.
All in all with new parts, labour the first visit from Charlton Hill cost me $634.20 not including a $60 tip for their service.
The problem persisted, they came back today, it cost me another $453.60 because the damage done by your employee was more severe. They opened up the recycling motor and found the valves were literally burned and broken because of running nonstop WITHOUT water, for over a year. I've had a bucket underneath the unit to catch any drops water, it was dripping one drop every 7 - 8 seconds. It was at least a 1/8 of a bucket of water each time I emptied it, see the 6th image.
Without the tip, I've spent $1,087.90 on repairs to my Navien caused by what has been expressed as complete unprofessional behaviour by your ex employee.

Unfortunately, given the significant amount of time that has passed since the original service in February 2024, and the fact that multiple other technicians and companies have since worked on the unit, it is simply not possible for us to determine with certainty where responsibility lies. As you can imagine, once other parties have made adjustments, any clear line of accountability becomes blurred.
We do note your feedback regarding Neudorf and will certainly keep it in mind when considering future recommendations. While we cannot undo the past, we do value hearing about your experience, even if it is not the most flattering.
We regret that you feel our former employee’s work was the root cause of your ongoing issues, though we must respectfully point out that with so many hands involved over such a long period, assigning blame is not straightforward.

We had Breathe Easy Heating & Air Conditioning out for duct cleaning and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless.
What really stood out was their attention to detail they didn’t just rush through the job, they made sure every vent and duct was properly cleaned. The air quality in our home feels noticeably fresher, and it’s reassuring to know the system is running more efficiently.
