My family and I were in a bad situation and KB took the time to go above and beyond to only only fix the issue they made sure it was perfect and safe. They were very compassionate and made sure my children and I were safe. I will be forever grateful, things have been hard lately so the compassion and kindness they showed us did not go unnoticed, thank you! KB will always be my first choice from now on

This company charged us 4 and a half hour to diagnose and put in a new thermostat, plus travel time. almost $1000. No codes, no issues, just the thermostat. I was happy that he seemed thorough. But come on now. ***All I'm saying is to charge for travel ($132.50), and then to hide a second "travel Labor" ($270.00) under "service labor" is unscrupulous. I wouldn't care about a large upfront travel cost. it is the shady hiding of it that has me never using you again. $400 dollars in travel?? we are an hour away. I can have a dump truck of gravel delivered the same distance for way less***

K Heating was so accommodating and helpful with our bathroom renovation. Jamie and his helpers were so professional, efficient and cleaned up after they were done. The bathroom turned out beautiful. We love it. We recommend KB Heating to be your choice for renovation or new build. Thank you again.

We have been using KB Heating for 6 years on two different homes we have owned. They have quoted and installed air conditioner, fixed a poorly installed garage heater, and, most recently, moved existing plumbing to a different wall in my soon to be laundry room. They also installs the dryer vent and sub contracted out the electrical for my new washer and dryer. I explored a few options and for KB to do all three of those tickets (plumbing moved dryer vent and electrical) they came in a hundred dollars cheaper. They had a tight corner to work in to route my plumbing through two walls and they pulled it off. They were in and out efficiently, cleaned up their mess and were super friendly. Jamie was super patient quoting for me and when I was honest with him that I was comparing my quotes, he was extremely open and honest back! I’ll call KB for jobs because they have a good reputation in my books for the different jobs they have done for me, not to mention they can book my job in sooner than later.

Furnace quit, had another company come out first. Diagnosed issue, needed a part. His company does not stock Lennox parts (!) and he said 5 days to get it from Calgary and could not say when he could come back to install it because he is booked up. KB Heating to the rescue! One call, technicians arrived 1/2 hour later with the part and left less than a half hour after that. Job done. House toasty warm. Very grateful to office staff and technicians for being so accommodating. My only regret is that I did not call them first!
