Kodiak Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical

This company is amazing. From the minute I called I knew they would take care of us. Wendy was responsive and helpful and got a service tech to the house within the hour. Dan, the service tech was so kind and put my mind at ease. He is such a nice man and very understanding and knowledgeable. I highly recommend calling Kodiak for any and all of your furnace, AC, HVAC etc needs!!!

Called their 24/7 emergency line as there was one of their stickers on our furnace from a past inspection at 12:30am after trying to fix furnace for over 2 hours. Receptionist said they would call us tonight to come and take a look. Sat up waiting until 2am with no response. Called back and he said he would page him again. Waited until 5:30am. My kids rooms are now down to 14 degrees. They put me on hold and called the on call tech and said he didn’t answer, but he left a message and maybe I should try someone else. Tech finally calls back at 5:45am I explain the situation and that we’ve been waiting over 5.5 hours and he says “Well I had a long day so I was sleeping” are you kidding me? I’ve been sitting up all night waiting for you to do your job and at least give a time frame of when you’re coming so we aren’t sitting waiting for your call. He says it will be an hour before he can come. I say okay that’s fine I’ll wait. He gets there and goes down to the furnace, sees it’s Carrier and informs us they don’t work on Carrier furnaces. Why would you not ask that during the initial call instead of wasting everyone’s time. Would not recommend if you value your time.

Kodiak is amazing!! Various calls over the past 10 years. All with excellent service. Called this morning because my furnace stopped blowing hot air. -13 c• outside of course, so I described my problem. Very friendly staff, professional. They told me there pretty busy, but I have been put on the no heat list. 20 mins later got a call someone was on the way. 30 mins later my furnace was being looked at. Right away he knew the problem, explained whats not happening, had parts ready to go. Amazing! Fixed! The bill was very affordable. Thanks again!

Posting for my partner Shirley Shirley had been having issues with her furnace (from another business) and after them coming out a couple of times and saying there was nothing wrong I had her phone Kodiak and get the furnace looked at with a fresh set of eyes. Dan the service tech, when he first looked at it said it was too small for the house 40,000 BTU where it should have had a 70,000 BTU furnace. We requested a quote for a new furnace, found it to be a Great quote and arranged to have it installed the next week. Dan had said and the guys that came to install the new furnace said that the old install was one of the worst they had ever seen. Rather than make new duct work to install their furnace, they butchered the old duct and it looked like something from Frankenstein, it was a mess but the previous installers didn't seem to thing so and that included the Boss. Now the new system is up and running. All New sheet metal and everything looks Neat, Tidy and Professional. Air flow is much improved and the cool and warm air volume is alot better than it was. Thanks to all that were involved from the service tech (Dan ) to the guys that did the install 10 out of 10, 5 stars and Very Happy with All of the folks with Kodiak Heating and Air Conditioning
