Our HVAC went out after the recent winter storm. We have an 8 month old and it was terribly cold. The company we normally use wasn't available for four days, I called Star City and due to our circumstance they showed up and had our fan running again in a matter of a couple hours. Unfortunately my system was on it's last leg. Abe helped us find programs and wrote detailed estimates for us to consider and made the replacement process relatively painless. Star City is the only company I'll call to take care of my home going forward. All of the techs were amazing as well. I hope management recognizes each and every one of them for their outstanding customer service!
We recently started doing business with Star City. They were the only one who came out to help us right away when our furnace stopped working in the middle of below freezing weather. We are extremely happy with the service we received throughout our recent HVAC replacement. Abe came out the same day and was very thorough in explaining the various product options. He was patient and listened to all my questions, and then put a proposal together that fit what we needed. The pricing was better than other companies we spoke with. The install crew was very professional and courteous. Dalton and Wyatt made sure everything was properly set up and left everything cleaner than they found it! I booked an online appointment. (Which was very convenient). Brandon came out in the time frame I booked. He was very professional and explained everything in detail about what was wrong with my furnace. Tried to get replacement parts to repair my 39 year old furnace. The heat exchanger was compromised and the inducer motor locked up. Heat exchanger was obsolete. Out of the upmost concern for safety he recommended replacement. Not because I believe he has a quota to sell, again, safety was his concern. I asked If they has someone that could come and give me a quote. Abe come out on the same day and was awesome! Installed today. Alex and his partner did a great job. Will recommend to anyone who wants to listen. Much thanks to the whole crew from Star City!
