Donaldson Heating and Air Conditioning

I had a back up sump pump jet system added. I can’t believe how it turned out, Amazing! I have a friend who is a plumber for 15 years and sorry my friend. His work is nothing like this!. These guys are so professional, and their work speaks for it self.I would totally recommend this company.

I had Donaldson Home Services redo my Bathroom. My experience is mixed, That is why I rated them a 3. I found the communication by the project coordinator very poor. It was supposed to be a 1.5 week reno that turned into 3 weeks. I have only 1 bathroom in the house and was never told of any updated timelines. Every time that I emailed saying something was not right, I was emailed back saying yes, he noticed that too. The vanity was supposed to be centred on the wall and the plumbing they put in brand new would not allow that, because it was set up for the vanity to go against the wall, so now the vanity is now off centre. Even when the job was done, all that was said was thanks for the business shook my hand and left. Did not walk the bathroom with me, didn't say they were completely done, did not return my house key at the time. During the job, they had to email me and ask what tile and paint colour I had chosen, the day before that was being done and the tile was no longer available and they had to find a substitute tile. My renovation was done in January during -17 degree weather and they just kept leaving the front door completely open for 30-40 min. periods. The tile installer did a great job but he dumped his pail of mix over my front yard leaving a big mess, even left tile levelers on the lawn. They cut out a 2x4 on a load bearing wall and did not re support it. My biggest call back for them was the mudding job. There was very obvious spots that were not sanded at all. They did finish the job and other then some small things we are satisfied with the final product.

We had a new furnace & AC installed on Friday. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly crew. Chris who we first were in contact about a new furnace was why we chose Donaldson. Chris also came out during the install just to make sure we were happy. Thanks again! Garry

If you want an HVAC company that actually communicates, shows up professionally, and stands behind their work, Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning delivered exactly that for me. I recently had a new water heater, furnace, and air conditioner installed, and overall I’m extremely happy with the experience. My sales rep Marcus was excellent — very knowledgeable with real technician experience, and he personally looked after booking my appointment and addressing any concerns along the way. That level of communication made the whole process smooth and gave me confidence in the system design for my older home. The installation team, Quinn Brown and Mahound, were professional, skilled, and respectful of my space. They worked around the challenges of an older house and made everything fit and function properly. I also really appreciated the small details — they brought their own floor mats so they didn’t track water through my home and cleaned up everything, including removing the old units and all debris. After installation I noticed a small issue with some ductwork, but the company responded quickly. Tanner came out to address the concerns and made everything right without hassle, which says a lot about their professionalism and customer service. The system now runs beautifully and honestly exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking for quality HVAC work and a company that stands behind what they do.

Just used Donaldson for a sump pump and sump battery backup installation. The technician, Raj, was punctual, courteous, clean and professional. He did a spectacular job and I would highly recommend Donaldson and Raj for all your home plumbing needs. Best in the business and 5 stars all the way!
