MaxCare is truly exceptional, and I can't recommend them enough! My furnace decided to stop working on one of these frigid nights, so I'd called around to multiple businesses to source quotes as well as to inquire about how timely they could even arrive to service the furnace, as I have a baby at home. MaxCare not only was the best price, but they truly provided an outstanding service.Arman arrived within 30 minutes - which I thought was exceptional, and even managed to diagnose the furnace even quicker. It turns out the entire control panel needed to be replaced-- I figured this expense would be atrocious, as are most things these days, however Arman was completely reasonable. & Not only that, but luckily he had the exact part that was needed in his work vehicle!If you want fair pricing, exceptional service, and a friendly technician that you can actually trust-- Arman will never steer you wrong. & While he didn't need to be, he was phenomenal with my son. Armas was a life saver. Our furnace went out during these cold times. We tough it out for one night but couldn't do another day without it. Enercare tried to swindle my landlord to buy insurance to guarantee someone to come out same day which was aweful. He reach out to Maxcare and Armas came out pretty quickly and resolved it in no time! I highly recommend them for great and quick service. During cold times like this knowing there is a company like this out there to act quickly is a relief!
Our experience with the technician was super!!!. As soon as we requested assistance with our hvac, we received a prompt response and the required parts were sourced accurately and speedily. Most importantly, the customer service was outstanding!!! We also continue to receive after sales support and resolution of any concerns or issues we have. This is definitely one of the best if not the best hvac technician and company in Ontario!
