Our HBAC went down, and called the company that installed the unit. We got a window of 1 to 6 PM, which turned into 6 to 9 PM. He called us at 9:30 PM and said it would still be 1.5 hrs. We declined. The next day we called Daniels. We had someone at our house within 3 hours, and he had our HVAC blowing cold again within an hour, and at an amazing price. His name was Zack, and he was awesome. I highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work to ask for Zack at Daniels.
It was my first time using Daniels Heating And Air and they were awesome. From the initial phone call to when the techs left, they were nothing but professional and had great customer service. Incredible customer service.I tried to get a competitor company out to fix my broken AC for two weeks without them ever showing up. I finally got frustrated and called Daniel's and they were out the next day at the time they said they'd be there.They were extremely open and honest about what the problem was. Instead of trying to up-sell anything and give us parts we didn't need they actively worked to fix the freon leak. The manager took a hands on approach to engaging with us and and keeping us updated on progress and generally passed information to us as quickly as he could.Bottom line is that they were fast, on time, had great customer service and saved us about $2k. They've made us customers for life.
