Groulx may be hard to pronounce, but they took care of me. My condo's old AC unit was making a distressing sound, and I was able to get a couple guys out within a couple days to check it out. During peak heat wave season, when everyone else was giving me appointments weeks away. It turned out to be a loose warning label that was flapping against the fan. They removed it, tested to be sure everything was working, and also gave me some advice about possible replacement options.

Bryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly honed the issue and found a fading contactor in the AC unit. He replaced the component and got my AC unit back on in less than an hour. At the office also Anna was extremely supportive and kind to scheduling for an appointment within the same week. I will recommend Groulx Mechanical anytime.

The Groulx team was very responsive and communicated well during the entire process. Our AC stopped working and thankfully they squeezed us in the day after. It was a nice quick fix and we appreciate their help!
