Deon was the IMS salesman and worked very closely with us on evaluating options to have AC added to our home. He was extremely helpful and detailed in his analysis and was always responsive in finding the optimal solution. Justin and Jacob then spent most of 2 days installing AC in our home and did an excellent job. They worked non-stop and were extremely courteous and helpful in making sure everything was done perfectly. The attention to detail was incredible!! I’m extremely pleased with the result from the IMS team!!

Don finished up another job early and made it to our house before our scheduled appointment, which was very welcome as we had been without AC for a while with 90+ weather. He immediately got to work diagnosing the issue with our elderly AC unit and luckily, it was the simplest, most affordable fix! He was friendly, informative, and made the repair quickly. I never felt pressured during the interaction and the house is more comfortable already and he just made the repair!

The only downside to this company is that when I called to make the appointment I was routed through an AI agent which got my husband's name incorrect and was hard to interact with. With big issues like HVAC it's comforting to speak to a human

We had an outstanding experience with IMS Heating and Cooling from beginning to end. Replacing a furnace and A/C is a major investment, and every person we worked with made us feel confident that we chose the right company.

Our system completely broke down, and with their wonderful compassion and understanding, they made arrangements to get us on the schedule for a quick turnaround on our installation. We were incredibly grateful for how quickly they stepped in to help.

Ramiro was the first technician to come out to evaluate our system. He was honest, thorough, and just a kind person. He took pictures of the main components, showed us exactly what he was seeing, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciated his transparency.

Deon was our comfort consultant, and he was fantastic. He was easy to talk to, showed genuine empathy, and took the time to explain which systems would work best for our home. He thoroughly explained our options, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and helped us find the best setup at the best price. Our installers, Trent and Chance, did an amazing job. They were respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and their attention to detail really stood out. They were careful with every modification they had to make, including where the new piping exited the exterior of the house, and everything looks incredibly clean and professionally done. Before they left, they walked us through the new furnace, heat pump, and thermostat to make sure we were comfortable using everything.

Every appointment was on time, and communication was excellent. We always knew when someone was on the way, which made scheduling the rest of my day so much easier. Everyone we spoke with in the office was also incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful.

It's rare to find a company where every employee provides such exceptional customer service. From the first service call to the final installation, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. I have used IMS Heating & Air for at least 10 years and have referred them to dozens of my clients over these years. They are great to work with and my most recent service today, at my personal residence, was fantastic. Ramiro Garcilazo, the technician at today's appointment, is honestly one of the best technician's I've had the pleasure to meet, in any industry. He is personable, super capable and qualified, and such a nice and genuine person. I highly recommend IMS and Ramiro!

I’ve had several problems with my thermostat since it was installed and IMS has been great and following up and continuing to troubleshoot to find the problem. Hopefully today it was resolved we will know soon. But they are always courteous and true to their word. Both Kevin and Elijah came to my house today and spent two hours trying to find out and intermittent problem which is always the hardest ones to find. But they were both great and very Personable!

We were referred to IMS by friends who had a great experience and we had the same. Fantastic from start to finish. Very thorough in explanation and installation. Our old furnace broke and the team was out quickly to review and provide options for the replacement we wanted. IMS was knowledgeable on rebates, codes, and product solutions. The install team was amazing. I had a new replacement like this done at a previous house so knew a bit what to expect and they exceeded my expectations. They got an electrician out to install an outlet out by the A/C unit to ensure we were in code compliance. Everything was inclusive in the price, no nickel and diming. They get it right. They were very professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through everything to be sure I understood the system.
