My Guy Heating and Air (Firestone)

My Guy installed our mini split a/c a couple of years ago, so, when I took an unexpected cold shower, I knew who to call to replace our Hot Water Heater. They were able to schedule our replacement the day I called. David came out, surveyed the project and began the replacement. He had great concern about making sure we didn’t go without hot water for long. He kept us updated regarding his progress, finishing so that everyone was able to take evening showers. I highly recommend My Guy for their professionalism and concern for customer service. David was a delight to work with, too.

Bob is My Guy!! I've had four different companies come and give estimates and try to explain why our air flow is struggling. Three of the companies gave estimates based on what we asked for without much questioning. Bob from My Guy is the only technician that took time to inspect our rooftop AC unit, filters, and duct work before trying to officially diagnose the problem. He found several issues that need to be addressed that the other three companies didn't find. We are so grateful for Bob's attention to detail and breadth of knowledge.

Bob and Joel came out and checked on my mini split. They quickly identified the issue, gave me recommendations and gave me guidance on what to do to keep a good efficient system running. I appreciate the scheduling, the notification of them being on their way, and the time that they quickly identified and gave that feedback. This is a great company and should be utilized over some of the big companies that are around and stealing from you.
