I have recently had a home heating system installed by Ventilation Belle-Rive. The system I chose was the Mitsubishi Zuba, thermopump and furnace. Jonathan the sales consultant was professional and available via text to answer my questions. The techniciens that worked at installing my units were punctual, conscientious and communicative. There was a small glitch in the installation however the team was quick and willing to react. Excellent service, both from the person who schedules appointments and the refrigeration technician. I got an appointment very quickly despite the high demand during the heat wave. They don't charge for parts that don't need replacing. I recommend this company without hesitation!
Ventilation Bellerive est venu chez moi pour installer une sortie de sécheuse. Le camion n'était équipé que d'une seule bonbonne d'urethane et elle était défectueuse . En conséquence, l'ouverture n'a pas été calfeutrée correctement. Après de multiples pourparlers et des delais interminables ( trois jours ouvrables sans retour d'appel ) j'ai fini par acheter le matériel et terminer le travail moi-même. J'ai pourtant déboursé 200 $ pour le matériel. Aucune compréhension de ce qu'est un service à la clientèle respectueux des clients. Que du mépris...
