We had our heat pump and furnace changed to a heat-accumulating system with Elixair in April 2025. Great service from beginning to end, sales to installation. Jean-Benoit was very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job. The team who did the installation was very respectful and polite, kept our property clean and protected, and they kept us in the loop throughout the process. Shout-out to Mathieu and Carl who stayed late to troubleshoot our thermostat. The team broke a tiny piece off of our driveway reflector, they were very honest about it and they replaced it immediately the next day. If the after-sales service is as good as the before and during (still to be seen!) then we will have found the rare gem in HVAC experts!

We hired ventilation elixair to install our HVAC heating and AC system. We got a very good service from them but the final result doesn't work and we've been fighting with a very unbalanced temperature in our home for one year. In the summer our second floor is super hot and our first floor is freezing and during the winter our second floor is also super hot and our first floor is very cold. They have come a few times but the adjustments just won't work so our home temperatures are very uncomfortable and we don't feel that we got the quality product that we paid for.
