My fireplace logs were installed on Oct. 1, 2025, and a gas leak was discovered March 5, 2026. The technicians who repaired the leak were 5 star,: professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about the repair and provided photos of their work.
Although I think the company needs to be more transparent about the general cost of their services : the gas logs, the burners, chimney sweep, access to gas lines (up charge for crawlspaces) carbon monoxide detector etc. Allgeir Air is expensive and if there is an error, they correct it to always make it safe for their customers.

Recently my wife and I scheduled a service appointment to investigate a potential gas leak on a 20 year old heat n glo fireplace after attempting to start up the unit after years of inactivity. Our technician, Chase, was very polite and professional in helping locate the source of the leak, replacing the compromised component and ensuring the rest of the fireplace was brought back to operating condition. After a total of 1.5 hours to diagnose, fix and service the unit we were back up and running. We are so thankful to finally have a functioning fireplace again and should be ready for many more years to come. We would highly recommend both The Fire Place/Allgeier Air and Chase for any owners looking to have work done.

I have a gas fireplace that had not been used for several years. I contacted The Fireplace to thoroughly inspect and startup the unit. Chase, the technician, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection, checking for any gas leaks and the condition of the burner and electronic controls. I also had him install a new blower (unit did not have a blower) to better circulate warm air in the room. The unit is operating very well. The service and blower installation was outstanding and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend The Fireplace (Allgeier Air) for this type of work.

Installed a vented freestanding fireplace that required a long vent pipe and roof penetration. Wes and the team that worked on this were very conscientious regarding our home the equipment installed. There was little bit of confusion back at the office but installers sorted things out and did an overall good job.

From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional and pleasant. There was great follow-up ok appointment scheduling and transparency about Cory’s for parts and labor. Chase arrived and I have never had a more pleasant experience with a technician - he was so personable and educated me all along the way or the repair and questions I had about fireplace maintenance and safety. He took several notes on a few follow-up items and I received a communication quickly to that affect.
