I am beyond impressed with the On The Double Heating and Cooling team! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and truly top-tier. The team, led by Eric, and including technicians Ben, Nate, Johny, and Kaleb, completely upgraded my entire ventilation system. They removed the old air return system from underneath the house and installed custom attic ductwork and returns throughout the entire house—an incredible transformation. What really stood out was the team’s ability to work in small, cramped spaces and uncomfortable environments without hesitation or complaint. The job, which should have taken 2-3 days, was completed in just one day thanks to their highly coordinated teamwork and relentless effort. Their dedication to reducing downtime without compromising quality was impressive. If there were an HVAC Olympics, this team would be bringing home the Gold! I can’t recommend On The Double Heating and Cooling highly enough. If you want the job done right, quickly, and professionally, this is the team to call. On The Double uses a great contact software suite. I knew clearly the appt. time and also when Cody was on the way. He clearly went through all the various options once the trouble shooting phase was completed. He kept me apprised of repair parts delivery on scheduled a convenient time to complete the repairs. Very happy with the entire process.

Very good company and nice, friendly men to work with. Great communication, even sends out a picture of who will be coming to your home. On time, they kept us informed. They knew exactly what was wrong and were well trained. Would definitely use again!

Where do I even start! We switched from regular AC/Furnace to a high end heatpump. From visitation for quotes until the project end, On The Double (OTD) has been professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable and just overall fantastic! If I could give 10 (not 5) stars, I would. They also left the area clean and organized. And gosh, I love the new system! If you plan on getting your system fixed or wanting a new system installed, I highly, highly recommend this locally owned company. Thank you OTD!

From my original call to make an appt., to the text reminders and even a picture of who would be coming to service our units, their professionalism was very much appreciated! The two service techs Cody and Johnny were punctual, clearly explained what was going on, were very honest and fair about the cost to make the repairs and left everything clean and back in its place.
