Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electric

Cannot say enough good things about Cardinal! We had our furnace, air conditioner, whole-house humidifier, and water heater all installed new by them in 2020. Everything happened in one day, so we had a LOT of people here at once and our house is small. Everyone was very efficient and courteous. There was a slight mix-up with the humidifier, but they handled it quickly and professionally. We've been very happy with all the installations for the past six years. Last night we started hearing a strange noise from the furnace. My husband took a video of the noise and made an appointment via their online system. We got the call that our technician would arrive within 45-60 minutes, and Trey showed up right on time. After a few pleasantries, he got right to work. Did a wonderful job of explaining what the issue was (apparently common in our type of furnace), what the fix entailed, and delivered an accurate snapshot of the cost. He went above and beyond by telling me about the Cardinal Care Club, which we could sign up for and get free/discounted parts and services for all that Cardinal offers (plumbing, heating, cooling, and electric), which ended up saving us money today on his visit. Trey is such a sweet and personable young man -- a definite credit to his company! We look forward to many years of using Cardinal for all our home needs!

I had a great experience with Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Electric, especially the technician Balen Wall. I was dealing with a horrific septic-like smell coming from my basement near the furnace and was understandably stressed—especially as a single mom who recently purchased a home. Balen was extremely professional, calm, and empathetic. After a thorough inspection of my furnace and all of my plumbing fixtures, he continued to investigate the true source of the issue . Although the problem ended up not being plumbing, heating, or electrical related (a deceased rodent lodged back in the foundation wall), Balen still went above and beyond by removing it and cleaning the area—something he absolutely didn’t have to do. His professionalism and willingness to help stood out. I would highly recommend Cardinal and would gladly hire them again- but next time for true plumbing, heating, or electrical concerns! Thank you again!

The day our plumbing acted up was our lucky day as it introduced us to Cardinal. Service is prompt, courteous, pleasant and reasonably priced. Very good communication. We became Cardinal Care Club members and already saved $$$, while knowing they will be at the ready for us at any time and with a smile. Nobody wants to spend their money on AC and furnace replacement, but from start to finish this was by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The technician who came out to service my heat and AC was very courteous and professional. He determined both 20+ year old units needed replacing. Cardinal was able to send out a saleswoman the same day. She was very informative and very friendly and got me set up with a new system. Then the installation guys were super friendly, punctual, and explained everything they were doing. They even laid out protective fabric on the floor so they wouldn’t damage my floors. I highly recommend Cardinal and will use them in the future.
