Amazing company! We could not be more happy with our experience with Tradewinds. We had them install a heat pump and furnace. Alan clearly knew heat pumps and was patient with all of our questions. Our experience with TradeWinds Heating, and Air was nothing but positive! From the first phone call to the completion of our Aprilaire humidifier, everyone was professional, kind, and friendly. At our estimate visit, Ken explained everything so well. I did not feel rushed and felt like everything was well explained, without any upselling. At installation, can again was professional, and took great care, not to track any dirt or wetness from the outside as he went in and out multiple times. The installation of the humidifier was clean and it looks like it belongs there, not even like it was added after market. Once again, Ken took the time to explain how the unit works. I would recommend this company … So much so in fact that we are switching from another company to TradeWinds for our annual maintenance! (We had a maintenance membership with the other company … but they quoted us double the price for installation of same unit - without even coming to see the furnace, just with pictures I sent!)
My experience with TradeWinds was exceptional. Ken was able to come in and diagnose the problem. I ended up needing a new furnace after 14 years, and he worked with me on a bunch of different options based on pricing and different features. I had a million questions and he was able to explain everything in layman's terms so that I would understand and that I could choose the best option for me and my family all while being super friendly and approachable. The quality of the work is very high as well. The team were in and out in 4 hours and it look like they were never there, left it clean and organized. I'm very happy with my experience with this company and I will absolutely be using them for all of my HVAC needs moving forward.
