Wonderful service!And priced reasonably. Kam, our worker arrived on time, and thorougly inspected and clarified each part of our fireplace which was installed 15 years ago. He found and replaced 3 major parts, checking each part was functioning before going on. He worked hard until done and checked everything was working with us before leaving! It was great to have the fireplace working well again and will always use Eaton's in future for all our furnace and fireplace needs.

The technician was on time and very pleasant. He did a great job fixing our gas fireplace and did not leave until he was sure we could light it ourselves. The technician checked for gas leaks and CO2. He kept his work area clean and thoroughly vacuumed the fireplace well. He even polished the glass in the fireplace for me. I would highly recommend Eaton's if you need quick, competent service.
