Highly recommended. We contacted Heritage Mountain for a furnace inspection around 5 pm and a technician responded right away, saying the office would contact us in the morning. The office actually called me back within five minutes and were able to schedule a visit for the very next morning. Josh arrived on time and was extremely professional. He explained the issue clearly and offered his advice without any pressure. I would definitely call them again if needed and recommend them to everyone.

This company has come to my rental home twice, sent by my property manager. The first time they came to service a gas fireplace. They advised that it needed a new gas valve and they didnt make that particular valve any more, so I would need to buy a new fireplace For around $5000. I felt this was suspicious so I contacted my own gasfitter and explained the situation. He inspected the unit and confirmed that the only issue was a failed thermocouple, there was no leak and no faulty gas valve. He was so concerned by the misdiagnosis that he did not even charge me for the visit. The tenants were relieved to have the fireplace functioning again, as they rely on it instead of the furnace for heat. Heritage came to my home again a couple of years later to do an annual service on the furnace. Low and behold, they said that the gas valve was leaking and it required a new one that would cost $1000. Again I called back the same company I called before and there was no problem with the valve at all! Fortunately I have a fair bit of knowledge in regards to these sorts of things, and consequently saved myself about $6000 steering clear of Herritage Mountain Heating and Cooling and their recommendations. I see a pattern here, anyone else?

Excellent service from start to finish. They responded very quickly after my call and sent a technician right away. The technicians were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and the repair was completed very fast. I’m very grateful for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using Heritage Mountain for almost four years now and have always had a great experience. Calling to make an appointment is easy, Frances and Katie are super friendly and helpful. I get a text letting me know when the techs will be arriving and when they have completed the job. They are knowledgeable, professional, and clearly know their stuff. On their most recent visit, I forgot to clear out some items stored in the furnace room, but the techs went above and beyond by moving everything out of the way and putting it all back when they were finished. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. Truly top-notch service — highly recommend!
