For my house, they came out for an emergency no heat and hot water problem, and scheduled me in to install a new high efficiency combi boiler right away. The system is running perfectly since. I know Ryan since 2019 when I bought my new homein. At that time he proposed a new design for my in - house gas furnace and hot water tank . That was a brilliant idea. He changed my hot water tank to instant hot water system and a new high performance gas furnace both installed in crawl space resulting more space for my bedroom and less gas consumption in total . He also helped me to get respective BC Hydro rebate for system modification . After that time to present , I have continuous support and excellent service of Ryan Heating & Air Conditioning for my heating and hot water system . Yesterday morning when I sent a message to rayan for an unusual sound of my furnace , He sent his expert for inspection and service same day afternoon . That was great . I strongly recommend Ryan Heating & Air Condition for both total system upgrading and new installation .
