I’ve been extremely impressed with Guardian since having them install two Daikin A/C units a couple years ago. Product has been fantastic, a considerable upgrade from the builder units, and the service has been great. Carrington did a great job during his last visit, well enough that I came here to compose a review (something I rarely do).

You will not find a better HVAC service than with Guardian! I got a new Daikin back in May 2024. Since then I’ve had several different technicians come out to do the regular maintenance. Every single person was great! - Isaiah, Nathan, Jeremy, Jordan, Carrington, Cayden, and anyone else who may have come out. Guardian is the Chick-Fil-A of the HVAC world ??. Even the internal people are amazing. I had an issue last summer and they immediately accommodated me for it. The absolute best customer service around!!! Try them out, you won’t regret it!
I signed up 2yrs. ago for the Gaurdian HVAC Maintenance plan thru the technician Robert H. Robert has been outstanding in his professionalism and knowledge of keeping my units in top notch condition. I was scheduled for maintanence work today and was a little disappointed that it was not Robert who would be servicing my units today, but, Jamie D. instead. But because of the talented and knowledgeable employees at Gaurdian Home Experts, I was just as happy with the performance and professionalism and knowledge that Jamie possesses as well. Jamie’s explanation of the Emergency Heat feature and the defrost system on the newer unit eased my fears of there being an issue with the unit.He is very knowledgable and easy to talk with. Thank you Jamie and Robert for your commitment to caring about your customers and your performance on the job. Thanks Gaurdian Home Experts for hiring great people.
We purchased a top-of-the-line Daikin variable complete HVAC system from Guardian over the summer and had a great experience- both in cost and customer service.Technician Carrington came today for our first free maintenance check on the furnace and he showed the same excellent Guardian service!He took the time to listen carefully to the details of the issue we were having with the thermostat and the fact that furnace was not cutting off when it would reach the set point.After his normal service duties at the furnace, Carrington got service manager Gio on the phone and they worked together to change/tweak several settings in the very high-tech thermostat. Then emphasized that we should call back in a few days if this does not solve the problem.Thanks so much for the great service, guys!
