After speaking with Cassandra, she reassured me that her team would thoroughly assess the situation and explore every option.
When Ty arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. It turned out that all my unit needed was proper maintenance to help it run more efficiently. I’m incredibly grateful that they didn’t take advantage of my lack of HVAC knowledge and instead focused on what was truly necessary.

You can tell they take real pride in their work — everything was completed efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail.

What impressed me most was their honesty. A couple other HVAC companies tried to B.S. me. Innovative Mechanical didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and they gave me straightforward recommendations that actually made sense.
