Tim came through for me at a very difficult time. Had a hot water tank leaking and his crew led by Tyler came by within hours and installed a new one for me. All of this was done within 6 hours of my initial call. Very happy with the service provided and most of all the price of the new hot water tank and installation. The installer Tyler and his coworker were very professional and did an excellent job even gave me some tips on how to maintain the hot water unit myself. They all did a great cleanup job as well before they left as I had a flooded basement due to a leak in my hot water unit, which was a rental unit. Thank you Tim for the excellent service your company provides its customers. Be assured of referrals from my side. Rick D

I have been a client of Hargrave for many years. Whether the task is routine annual maintenance for both Furnace or AC unit, or purchase and installation of said equipment, I have been and continue to be very satisfied with the front office and field personnel. Have also recommended Hargrave to family members, and the experience has been very positive. Special mention goes to Steven M. for always providing outstanding troubleshooting, resolution and maintenance. Most recently, I received a visit from Mike C. for the annual maintenance program and he also provided outstanding service. I would absolutely recommend Hargrave, based on my experience to date.

When to Lowes Canada at that time to get a Tank water heater (John wood Power vent 50 Gallon). Paid fully and later Hargrave Heating & Air Conditioning called to inform me that they have a better deal for the same price and spec for Rheem. Of course I agreed. Everything was fine, until lately the blower motor started making loud noise. I checked online with Rheem and discovered that the warranty has expired on Dec.18, 2024. Called the Installer and was told that it should be valid till Jan. 2026. They told me that they'll charge me $149 for diagnosis and at least another $149 for the repair, but parts would be free. Was told that they'll contact Rheem to dispute the warranty. This happened over a week and never heard from them again. I realized I was con and received not a new Tank, with warranty being registered by another. Do be fool by this company. I don't trust them any more.

We have used Hargrave for a number of years and we have always been very pleased with their service and we are on their maintenance plan. We are especially grateful that they had our furnace replaced with a new one within two days that the old one was broken down. As usual, they did an excellent job from the time they gave us the quote to finishing the installation. They are super organized, clean and professional. We have great peace of mind that Hargrave is taking care of our HVAC systems. We have recommended them to our friends and they too are happy with their services.
