We just had them clean out our duct work and boy did they have their work cut out for them! (They found a 12yo diaper in one vent ??). They went above and beyond in every aspect and took care of us in ways that felt more like family than just customers. A company that truly values their work ethic while ensuring the customers receive the best service available are hard to come by. I had SCI come to clean my dryer vent. The two young men came, cleaned the vent, but simply pushed my dryer back into place without reconnecting it to the outside vent. I called and Shane gave it a try as did Jason. I now need to hire someone who knows how to install a dryer.Don’t call SCI to clean your dryer vent.
We have used them for air duct cleaning, crawl space cleaning, and attic cleaning. The crews were polite, professional, and did a good job. Air felt a lot better in the house immediately. It was hard work in those low, tight spaces and they missed a little debris. We asked for a final touch up and they immediately scheduled it and made it picture perfect for the insulation installation. I feel the team has good leadership that will make sure the project is done right.
Shane, Ethan and Jesse are the best. Showed up right on time, very polite, thoughtful and thorough. Needed my furnace ducts cleaned and furnace room scrubbed of soot. Shane showed me pictures of before and after furnace duct was cleaned. I was blown away by the job it had done. Best decision ever to get these ducts clean, just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there because it is, dust, lint and cobwebs. After about 6 hours work I’m left with clean ducts and clean furnace room. I’m one real happy person. If I could I would give them more than a 5 star rating.
