Polar Air | Air Conditioning & Heating

We had Polar Air come by and repair an AC unit on SPI. They showed up a couple of hours after I called. The service techs were extremely informative and got the AC running within the hour. Also made other recommendations for preventative maintenance. Definitely great service!!

I do appreciate the tech coming in on-time, looking clean and presentable, and putting on shoe covers when coming inside the house, something I never seen before, for that you got 5 stars. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this company for A/C and HVAC maintenance. We had other companies in the past do the work and they were more thorough with the cleaning and maintenance aspect of the service. Polar Air tech came in made a lot of noise in the attic, cleaned superficially, and left the sink of our bathroom with debris. Something else that I don't appreciate and seen many companies do is their tech never know nothing you ask them, they have to make a phone call to their superiors for basic information regarding technical work, information, or pricing, spend 15-20 minutes making a phone call, then come in with the supposed facts when you know is not true. Finally, they want you to pay for a membership maintenance if not they overcharge for services and break the maintenance in phases.

Overall the experience was great. Ray was super busy and ensured cold air was blowing. He also cleaned up making recommendations aside from Preventative Maintenance. I paid 200 for PM plan and $96 for repairs. Polar air installed my Mini split and that works awesome as a backup but the main unit had a some minor Issues. Ray fixed it! Hope they send him back every time! Thanks Polar air! Outstanding work.

Matt K from Polar Air is our preferred contractor, we know him as the lighting king, since he provides lighting fast service. He is very professional and fast. We can call them Sunday night or Monday morning and they are here at all times. Would recommend to any other client 11/10

Superb service! Alex Villarreal came to my workplace and not only fixed the AC but also identified other issues, giving helpful recommendations to prevent future disruptions. He went above and beyond by thoroughly checking the system and even discovered that previous service providers had charged for parts that were still working.
