It is a ripoff and I don’t recommend anyone to use them. They came twice because my heater isn’t heating, I asked for them to fix, first time they came they said they wired it for emergency and put it on emergency, it worked on emergency, when the weather improved we put it back to heat mode and it didn’t work, I called them again and they said they had to hard reset. They made me pay for material and service call for both.I was called and told by the owner after my review that it had to be wired for emergency heat but I didn’t had any issue during the 2021 and it worked fine.

The team in this company exceeded expection. They came out on a Sunday in the midst of the worst winter storm. The people in the office and the technician were great and very courteous. Because of weather conditions it took. A few days to resolve the problem. They provided continual updates and explained options. I am grateful that companies and families like this still exist.
We've used Crow's Heat & Air for over a decade and they are prompt, friendly and professional. Our heater stopped working right after the ice storm started, but there was no hesitation on Crow's part to come out to our house to address the issue. Garrett was here within 30 minutes and had the heating unit diagnosed and repaired in under 20 minutes.
