Furnace quit on a Friday evening. I called Cozart's and Tyler answered the phone, and straightaway said he would come up and find out what the problem was. He was courteous, efficient, and fixed the problem. Prices are fair and honest. Definitely goes the extra mile.
I have had problems with my furnace for about 10 years. I had a few different companies come and look at the furnace but could never fix it.Cozart came in and took a look at my furnace, explained what he was doing to try to fix it and was very transparent with me.And… my furnace has worked amazingly since they fixed it! They are reasonably priced and very personable!
We had a situation where we got home from being out of town on the weekend and water under the hot water tank. We shot Tyler a message and he curbed our anxiety with some quick troubleshooting and a promise to be out Monday morning. He was quick, efficient and fair and replaced our hot water tank before noon with an invoice that evening for the same price as quoted. Couldn’t have asked for better, highly recommend!
