Wow! Awesome service from this company!I called at 8:15 am as my AC quit working yesterday. I had a tech at my house in 15 min and by 9:30 he had assessed the problem, ran back to the shop for a new motor and had it installed. I hadn’t even finished my morning coffee yet!! Thank you so much!! 100% recommend this company!
We went with Design Air for our furnace and air conditioner replacement, after speaking with our neighbor and we are very happy we did! The service was impeccable from the time we called for an estimate to completion of the job! Jason was very thorough with the estimate, the workers who did the jobs were pleasant, on time, tidy and did a great job!! We had a little glitch with a fan, we called Jason and he sent Nolan over within 15 minutes. Nolan fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Service like that is very rare!!You won’t go wrong hiring these guys for your heating and air conditioning needs!!!
