I had a Honeywell Generac stand alone generator installed by Thomas Chism recently. He and the other workers did a phenomenal job!! I was VERY SATISFIED with the work and the product install. They were very professional and informative. It was a great experience. There was a part that they didn’t have on install day, that Thomas came back and installed on today. My family and I are very satisfied with the service provided and the professionalism of the crew.
From the initial sales visit and quote to the installation and follow up questions it’s been very easy to work with Choates. Jorge was very easy to communicate with and explained everything in a way that we understood. He stayed late to make sure the job was done even though it was dinner time. Installation of our generator was great. Thomas Chism and all the others that assisted in the process did an excellent job. We appreciated knowing how the process was going and the explanation about the system and its weekly auto check that Thomas provided. The day I emailed about extending the gas line for a generator or grill, the office called me and Casey was out to the house. He initially quoted the dimensions I wanted and then offered me an better option and for less.In less than a week, James was out to the house and installed the line with clean work.
