Josh was able to fix my AC in less than an hour and had the part that was needed on the truck already! I’m very thankful I didn’t need to wait for a part to come in or wait until a weekday for it to be fixed. He showed up on time and was very professional. Great experience!
Used Billy Black HVAC for the first time this week. I have lived in Midland for over 20 years and have used most of the local names for HVAC. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail Joshua demonstrated when he analyzed my system. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I was also impressed with the clear upfront pricing guidelines and the clear description of work to be performed. Great value. I will use them again.
Our overall experience with Billy Black was great, from the moment we schedule our appointment the lady that took our call was very informative and kind. We really appreciate our technician Joshua Ryan he did a great job and was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Billy Black services again.
Billy blacks guys were phenomenal they were able to 2 troubleshoot, everything over the phone. Technician was at our house within a couple of minutes and had our house. Heater was working within the hour. The owner was in contact with me the whole step of the way. I just think for the owner to take his time and for him to asure that i was satisfied with the work means alot. Theres not that many companies out there anymore who assure you and take the time out of there schedule to communicate with the customer. He also went above and beyond inregards to trying to call and get the parts replaced with warranty and insured. As for His technician he was very excellent showing me and explaining to me the issues I had. I will say this for them having to fix another company's mess and issues they did awesome. Thank you Billy Black you definitely earned my business and trust with the amazing job you and your company did. Again thank you so much for fixing my heater especially with the bad weather we had the next day. My family was warm again!!!!

Chris Fischer is not only willing to answer all my questions, he takes the time to share his knowledge and expertise. The whole organization is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I love their software program that allows me to look over and keep record of things done to the unit. I also really appreciate the text messages that I got about their estimated time of arrival and being able to see when they are right around the corner.
