I have just had my 23 year old furnace, that shut off last evening during this cold snap, repaired by a lovely gentleman, Bruce at A1 heating. I had to go one night without heat as I needed a part they had to order. But Bruce was here today and got my furnace started again! They were not sure the part would work, but Bruce did a thorough job and stayed until he knew the furnace was working. The company was very pleasant to work with. I definitely need a new furnace soon and I will be happy to work with this company again. In the meantime, our family is happy to heat on for this cold snap.Thanks A1 and Bruce

I live in Downtown Toronto & In Sept. & October of 2025 got a GENIUS HEAT PUMP for my Ductless A/C with 3 Headers from KRYSTIN KOWAL from A1Air Conditioning & Heating.I was SO IMPRESSED & HAPPY with my new GENIUS Heat Pump & with Krystin (Sales consultant ) & the 2 Installers : JUSTIN & OLLIVER that I ALSO purchased a Package Deal for a NEW NAVIEN NFB—175 BOILER from KRYSTIN at A1 Air Conditioning & Heating in Oakville. which was Installed by Rob & Keil who went beyond the call of duty to answer ALL MY QUESTIONS & do a Superb & timely job.Justin & Olliver The High Installers who went up to my 3 rd floor to install the Ductless A/C when other Companies refused.Krystin & ALL THE INSTALLERS were SO PROFESSIONAL & had a great deal of pride of workmanship in what they did that I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs new Air Conditioning especially Ductless & a BOILER.Their prices were very competitive & I saved money by purchasing the A/C in the Fall & bydoing the Boiler at the same time.I had quotes from 2 other reputable Companies but chose A1 from Oakville because of their maintenance plans , expertise ,Customer Service , follow up &All the guys at A1 & Krystin, of course, who turned what was a terrible experience into a great one for me !Thanks SO MUCH to ALL of you !It was a pleasure doing business with you!
