Everyone from Ken P to Justin, Matt, Patrick did a great job with our install. Ken was our rep and explained everything so well. He showed us different options, absolutely no pressure, answered our questions and gave great responses and opinions where asked. He was very responsive through our entire process and followup. ?? %The install crew was very pleasant and worked great. We have such a small attic I felt so bad and made brownies for them. They were able to answer our questions we asked. We even had to have my dad over one day. Worked well with everyone.New inside, new outside, new duct work, new insulation , and even new vent in our hallway. Amazing and a very pleasant team all around!!Our Amana thermostat had gone off a few times and I reached out to Ken in regards. Probably around 9/930ish this morning. Laith showed up at 1pm. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He went straight to the inside unit and found issue. Our drain line was clogged and he went out and cleaned it.
