I'm giving these folks the Michelin 3 star rating with the highest individual 31-star (as with Chef Joel Robuchon) rating to Mike & Matt for outstanding commitment to professionalism, customer service & industry knowledge.

I had a heat pump furnace & A/C installed by these folks. They were efficient, a nearly perfect install; definite designers to maximize my space, & had the whole unit going in a few hours. There was no mess left behind, & they educated me on how to use the new technology with clear & concise instructions. When called upon, their response time was amazingly swift.

I highly recommend these folks to the community. The company also prides themselves setting higher standards for their craft & work (it definitely shows) with exceptionally skilled men & woman.

Noteworthy, they are also military & veteran friendly (I appreciate the support).

Affordable Heating is a definite "go to" in the future. Thanks & huge cudo to ya'll!

Just a quick note to let you know I'm 100% pleased with the timely, courteous, and effective service I got from your company. On Feb. 3 I awoke to a cold house. I called you and before long Mike was here to assess the situation. While the new wasn't good on my 21-yr-old HVAC unit, he said that by rearranging some new construction he had scheduled, he could have a new unit in place the following day. Sure enough, a couple of "Chrises" showed up promptly at 8AM and set to work. In what I thought was a reasonable time, they packed up and finished, mission accomplished, and left no mess. I recently needed new central air and furnaces installed at my duplex, and a friend recommended Affordable HVAC to me, and I am very glad I called. Todd and his staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and just...nice. Gave me a GREAT quote, work was done in a very timely manner, and I think Matt and Sam left my basement neater than it was when they arrived. Matt went the extra step and removed and cleaned the register of many years of pet hair (my bad) to make it even quieter. Todd, Arron and the rest of the staff were very! professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services!

I just want to say I am very glad I called you for an estimate on my furnace replacement. I cannot believe how well this Bryant furnace works. It is quiet enough you mostly don't hear it running. I had no idea how much better this setup was going to be. Even the thermostat with an extra room sensor to even out the settings works great. I also can't say enough about how skilled and professional your crew is! They did such a neat and professional installation. This is a 100% perfect installation at a reasonable cost. I am in awe. I understand now why you are so successful and have such a large building as your shop. Thank you for bringing my heating up to the 21st century. Please do let your crew know I am very impressed with their work ethic and performance.

My experience with this company was a disaster from start to finish. They left our entire basement and our belongings covered in a thick layer of black soot, and they used our personal brooms, buckets, and mops to "clean" up. They didn’t even bother to tell us when they were coming, and the "cleanup" effort was minimal at best.

On top of the mess inside, they were so disrespectful to our neighbors that a sign had to be put up asking them to respect their property. This company has no idea what they're doing and clearly doesn't care about their customers. Avoid them at all costs. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Your response is filled with excuses and deflections, and it only reinforces how you earned a one-star review. My review is about the awful experience your company created at the place where I live, which you are avoiding any accountability for. The financial transaction is irrelevant; it's about my experience with your company, which was terrible from start to finish.

Your claim that the photos are "before" pictures is dishonest and lacks integrity. Those pictures are timestamped and show the basement after your crew's second cleanup visit. The fact that your employees spent four hours cleaning on a second visit and still left the basement looking like the photos I shared shows a huge lack of effort and leadership on your part to make things right.

The unexpected chimney work is something that a professional HVAC company should be able to handle without creating a toxic mess that covers an entire basement. At the very least you should have been able to use your own cleaning supplies. Which your employees failed to do on three separate occasions.

After the initial mess your company made and then watching 2 more failed attempts at cleaning it up, I had zero confidence that contacting you for a 4th visit would "make it right".
