Knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Told me what they were doing and why. Explained the procedure in a clear, concise manner. Good experience! The process was wonderful all the way through! Came the evening before it got bitter cold and put my new furnace in. They could have put me off, but they are head and shoulders over and above any one I have experienced! They came at 9:00 PM because they knew I was concerned about my 30 year old furnace going out and my pipes freezing! This is a company that genuinely cares about their customers! You sure don’t see that too much these days! These guys at Protech are my go to guys from now on for all of my needs.! Ashley is in the office and was so helpful in getting me the right system for my home and at a fair price! She was instrumental in getting my system installed quickly! After an AC inspection performed by Ed, it was determined the best course of action was a complete AC replacement. Ed got a quote out that same day and personally installed the unit the next day.Overall, Ed has done a great job servicing my AC and furnace, and he is very helpful, knowledgeable, and open to any questions I have. I would highly recommend Pro Tech to anyone who has HVAC service/replacement needs.
Edward was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the AC motor issue and even went above and beyond to examine the furnace blower motor that was also having issues and turned out to have a cracked heat exchanger. He was able to get us options and recommendations so we could schedule a replacement as soon as possible. Thanks! Update: the replacement went smoothly and they did a very good job in a very short time!
