I have gone through Ray N Welter twice now for furnace issues and I will forever be a returning customer. They have the best prices around and their techs are always so knowledgeable and make sure you really understand what the issue is. They take their time with you. They genuinely care about their customers and aren’t just after the money. I highly recommend them!

We bought a house with an older furnace and water heater knowing they would eventually need replaced. When the day came, we got Ray N. Welter Heating Company's name from a neighbor. We're so glad we called them. We can't recommend them enough. Don and Pete were class acts. They arrived early, and with the help of a third employee who graciously offered to help when his job finished early, they installed 2 new systems by 3pm the same day. All three employees worked so well together and were kind about each other's work, which is a testament to the overall company culture. They kept us informed along the way and never made us feel like a burden when we came down and asked questions while they worked. They didn't rush out at the end and instead stayed until all our questioned were answered. All of the wiring and piping they ran was tidy and their price was more than fair. We will continue to use this company for the rest of our residence here in Minneapolis, and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I'm an old guy who has lived in my home for over thirty years. About a week ago I started noticing some changes in the air flow from my furnace and how it was was sounding. When I checked, I found the utility room much hotter than ever before and knew something was very wrong. My son told me that he had great experiences with Ray N Welter, so I called then for help. They responded very quickly. Service Tech Travis came and diagnosed my system. He was great !! He explained what he found in terms I could understand, discussed my options and fixed my problem. This is an ethical company and I highly recommend them, especially to older folks who are so often easy marks for less scrupulous companies. Thank you Travis.

Excellent experience all around. My furnace had a tricky issue where it kept shutting off too soon, and when the first solution didn't work Travis was able to return the next day to keep investigating. He kept digging until he found the source of the problem (a weird quirk with my humidifier and a sensor it was triggering!) and explained everything very clearly. Great customer service, reasonable prices, and excellent results. Happy to have found my go-to HVAC company!

Always a great experience! Have had Ray Welter install my AC & provide routine HVAC services. Today I was in desperate need of a small part for my furnace— and Jason (the service department manager) was able to help me out.
