MH Heating and Cooling Solutions

Absolutely outstanding service. Haddi came out on a Saturday to investigate a furnace issue and truly went above and beyond. We ultimately purchased a new furnace, and the entire team was exceptional — quick, efficient, fair, and respectful in keeping our home clean and tidy. Highly recommended …

I can't say enough amazing things about Hadi - this is what professionalism looks like. Hadi arrived on the minute for his installation and was done within the hour. He walked me through the entire process of operating our new central humidifier, fully cleaned up the area, patched any extra holes in the vents and made sure all of my questions were answered. If that wasn't enough, the best part was Hadi's rates are the lowest I found after calling 6-7 vendors. After this experience, I feel like I was provided a lot more value than what I paid for. I will be using Hadi in the future for all of my furnace / water heater / AC / humidifier needs!

Our furnace quit on us this past Thursday and we called Hadi to come have a look at it. He was at our home within 15 minutes and diagnosed the issue, offered up a solution and we took him up on it. We had our brand new furnace installed the following morning by Hadi, who, as before, was punctual and professional. As a customer within this industry, we are subjected to a period of time given to us, for a particular service call (usually between 2-6 hours). Hadi, on the other hand, gives you a time and he shows up at your door EXACTLY at that time and not a minute later. I cannot speak enough to the credibility and professionalism exhibited by this individual and his colleague. They showed up prepared, laid down drop cloths to protect our floors and worked for 3 hours straight without a break. After they were done, they simply asked me for a small garbage bag and access to my vacuum cleaner. They cleaned up after themselves and left the areas they worked in, in better condition than when they arrived. Hadi took the time to explain things to me as he worked, answered all my questions and left us feeling very secure in our new investment. My folks had 3 ductless units installed in their townhouse home and have had zero issues since the install. If you are looking for an HVAC service, this man and his team will be the only call you will ever need to make.

Ever since hiring Hadi a few years ago to do some furnace maintenance I have come to trust his advice and service for both heating and AC. We had a new high efficiency gas furnace installed Dec 29 and the work was efficient, tidy and all brought up to latest HVAC code (from 22 years ago). The quote that I was given back in fall when Hadi serviced the old unit did not change even though there was a bit more work and material needed to bring the old venting/installation to code. I am very happy with MH Heating and recommend them to anyone who needs help with HVAC.

It is my sincere appreciation for the recent Furnace & AC installatuon at my home. I would like to specifically commend Hadi and his partner for his professionalism and excellent work. Hadi was knowlesgeable and took the time to explain everythiqng clearly, and the price we received was fair. Finally, we were very grateful for the care taken to clean the work area thoroughly after the job was finished. Thank you again for the outstanding service. Highly recommend MH Heating and Cooling Solutions to friends and family. Thanks, Egbert A.
