I got an experienced tech to come and resolve my issue in my home. He was respectful and prompt and knowledgeable. He did appear to be extremely busy and taking calls while he was doing repairs. I would have preferred he not be on the phone while handling a torch (briefly) but I understand everyone is in need of service. Service was great and work was excellent.

I had an excellent experience with my technician Harkaran from Reliance! He came by to check my water heater, the water wasn’t coming out hot. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed everything within about 45 minutes, and was in and out without any hassle. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional the entire time. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident about what was going on. It’s not every day you meet someone so genuinely helpful and positive. His great attitude and expertise made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend, thank you for such amazing service!

I had a great experience with Reliance who helped resolved a water leak we had in our basement. The technician was kind and easy going which made it easy to ask questions and inquire about different aspects of the issue. Not only did he walk us through the problem but he remained transparent throughout about the costs. I appreciate that it didn’t feel like he was making a sales pitch when he was suggesting additional plans that might benefit us in the long run. I was able to ask questions for clarity about anything and the issue was easily resolved.

The crew that came for the water softener and Reverse Osmosis were great. They explained what they were going to do and let me know how long it would take. They also explained that I had to flush the RO system. They went over how exactly to do it. They were very polite and professional.
I had three different crews, six technicians working together. Two men per crew each pair working on their own project. They all worked perfectly together in the tight confines of my tiny basement. I was only able to catch two of their names. Jaskaran Singh and Alexander. Each team explained my new equipment, explained to me tlo
call Reliance every year to have my equipment maintained. They kept the area tidy and clean.
All these men were polite, kind and respectful of me and each other. I highly recommend Reliance.

We had both our laundry room and kitchen sinks backed up and I called Reliance for help. I was given an appointment same day and thier team member was here by noon. Abraham was professional, polite and explained everything he was doing and what repairs were needed. The problem was bigger than we thought (a snake wouldn't do the job) and he provided great advice and savings options. His work was amazing and he took care of the clean up afterwards, far more than I expected.
