Fixed our minisplit system quickly and for a good price. Our tech Josh was helpful and amiable.
Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning. Called the Emergency number and they were here by noon and had it up and running. Control Board was repaired but needed to be replaced. Liz gave us a quote that day for a new ControlBoard or new Furnace. We ended up buying a new gas furnace since ours was 16 years old. The new furnace was installed within a week. The installers were efficient and very polite. Thanks for your great customer service.
Long overdue review of Design Air. We've been a customer of theirs over two homes and most recently they installed a heat pump for us to work as an assist to the gas furnace during winter and ac in summer. It was a bit of a chore for them (not to their fault) to get this installed, the furnace was being a bit finicky. They spent a lot of time making sure it was right. Just today they came over to check on a hiccup on the equipment, turned out nothing was really wrong, but was not charged as still under warranty.They're really friendly, professional, and skilled folks at Design Air. I'll continue to do business with them for everything heating and cooling.
