Very good communication with the owener. He was upfront about everything and easy to get ahold of as well as easy to deal with. He was very helpful and honest from the start. He didn't try to up charge me or talk me into anything I didn't need. Definelty reccomned using him and will use him again in the future.
Easy Heating & Cooling are top notch! I called yesterday due to heating issues. I was given an appointment for the next day. My experience from scheduling an appointment to Mr. Enoch arriving to discover and correct the problem was stellar. Mr. Enoch's expertise and professionalism were evident! I will definitely call again as well as recommend to others.

Enoch Smith, had to come out for another separate issue on a different date and again he went ABOVE AND BEYOND like his train staff to fix our problem with our system and in no time we was back to normal. I really don't want to leave a bad rating; everyone was real nice and everything. It's just that I'm exactly where I was before I called, but I have $370 less to show for it.My A/C seemed to be not blowing as well as it seemed to at one point, so the call was made. They came out and checked the thermostat, the outside unit, and the inside unit up in the attic. I was told that what the problem seemed to be was an issue with the thermostat; it was reporting the incorrect temperature. It was suggested that I get it changed. So, reluctantly, I did. The next day, the thermostat was changed out (with the exact type of thermostat that was there before), and my pockets were $370 lighter for it. After the install, the temperature didn't immediately change, and the installer had to go, but said to give a call back if it didn't in a bit. I let the A/C blow for 3 or so hours and the new thermostat did exactly what the one before it did: It wouldn't get any lower than 77°. I called back to report the problem, and they were back out, but after this time, the issue was now duct work, an old unit, questionable construction, etc. As you might imagine, it costs a few thousand to take care of everything that needs to be taken care of.I'm not even saying that they're wrong, it's just that I've already paid almost $400 to correct an issue, and I'm still having exactly the same issue after doing what the tech suggested.Once again, everyone is really nice and everything, and that's cool. It's just now I'm out of $370 and have absolutely nothing to show for it, and that part isn't so cool...much like my house ??EDIT: (Because I can't respond to the owner) I'm not sure what you think you read, but you might want to re-read it. All I gave was facts. Your man came out, told me the Thermostat was the issue, charged me $370 to change it, then after changing it, the issue continued. Then YOU came out the next day and said that there were plenty of things wrong and it would be thousands to fix, and you could set me up with a line of credit to pay it. I didn't even mention how I was set for a time between 11am - 1pm and I got a call at 1:49p saying someone was on the way. I didn't mention that on the day when the thermostat was installed, your guys left for an hour because they didn't have the actual part; That's my fault for trying to be nice. Simply put, I got cheated out of $370, and that's a FACT. Me having to take the time to respond to your attempts to not seem like you cheated me out of $370 means I need a take a star, dropping the 2 star rating I gave, to 1.I initially didn't want to leave a bad review, but now I do. I got late service, was incorrectly told about the cause of the issue, paid almost $400 dollars to fix the issue, the issue wasn't fixed, and then (after paying) I was told that the actual issue was the whole A/C unit and duct work needed to be redone.It's one thing to make mistakes, but to then try and turn around say I'm lying speaks volumes about you and your company.
