Express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Roy during his recent visit to service my heater unit Roy demonstrated great professionalism and expertise, coupled with excellent communication throughout the entire process. His thorough approach and attention to detail were very reassuring. In contrast, my previous technician, Derek Sawer, appeared to lack the necessary experience w/ Havoc svstems and unfortunately caused damage to my AC unit a few years ago. Given my overwhelmingly positive experience w/ Roy, I would highly recommend that he be scheduled to service both my heater and AC units twice a year moving forward. His knowledge and dedication have restored my confidence in maintaining these critical systems in my home. I Thank you once again, Roy, for your outstanding service. We had Mario came in to our home for check. He was great! Highly recommended! He taught me things about the wires and how things work. How to maintain it as well. He always answers my questions as well. So happy to have him as our tech. You’ve done a great job

These guys installed a tankless water heater and some duct work for me a few years ago and when it started giving me problems last year I had my home warranty company come out and check it but they told me they couldn’t touch it because it was installed incorrectly and the warranty was void because of it. It’s missing an exhaust or intake pipe as seen in pic and other issues. When I reached out to Derek Sawyer their Service Manager Steve told me told me they would take care of it and asked that I send them pics and model and serial #’s and they never got back to me after my repeated calls and texts. They never sent anyone out or even called me back. I’m still waiting now I’m stuck with a tankless water heater that I can’t fix because no one will touch it because of their incompetence. I will have to pay thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to fix. I DO NOT recommend that anyone use these guys STAY AWAY from them because they don’t care about customer service, they cut corners and they only want your money. They suck!!!! UPDATE 12/12/25: They sent me a message on here for show as you can see by there reply below. I called and made an appointment and they never showed up and when I called to find out why I was told they don't work on tankless water heaters and that they would get back to me. They never did. Don't use this company they don't stand behind their work and are dishonest.

I want to thank Isaac and Francisco for a job well done. They were very professional while installing my central heat/ac unit. Very clean in the area they work. And also I want to thank Ronny who explained the promotions in financing a unit. There was no pressure in the purchase process. Because of you guys we have a new unit. Thank you again.
