We had an excellent experience Hometown Heating during a snowstorm when our furnace stopped working. From start to finish, the service was outstanding- which is extremely important as our property is an AirBnB. The technician (Justin) arrived promptly despite the weather, was extremely polite and professional to the folks staying at the property, and took the time to call us and clearly explain what was wrong and how it would be fixed. He tested the furnace 3X after the repair to ensure it was working properly. We never felt rushed or talked down to, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting our heat back on as quickly and safely as possible. In the middle of winter, that kind of reliability and customer care means everything. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating service—you won’t be disappointed.
