I had a mini-split installed in the basement - the workers were very efficient, and I am very satisfied with the product so far - I will monitor my Electric bill to see if I see a reduction. Thank you for your excellent and professional service. First and foremost, when the person came to explain what and where to place the mini-split and then the overall installation by the two individuals.

This is my second time using Bob's Cool Air. Both times I was very happy with their pricing and professionalism. Everything was completed exactly as they told me on time and for the quoted price. First time was for an air conditioner and their quote was better than the other 6 I asked. This time it was for a heat pump and it was a very good price as well. I highly recommend them.

Bob's Cool Air was the best service ever from the beginning to the end. Very professional, polite and friendly staff are there for you. I was explained everything. The installation was quick and they explained me everything as they went. I was left with no questions and a perfect set up! We are now enjoying the heat and can't wait for the A/C this summer. Thanks again guys for a wonderful set up!!

Bob's cool air installed some mini splits in our home a couple of weeks ago. The sales person was helpful in determining not only the size we needed but the best place to install them. The installers were polite, friendly but professional too. we had a single head and double head unit installed and very efficiently. The units are running great even with a couple of nights getting to -23 and -25. If you are looking to purchase a mini split, I would certainly recommend Bob's Cool Air

Recently had Bob's Cool Air install an Electric Furnace and Central Heat Pump and I was extremely happy with both the sales team and the install technicians. Pricing was very competitive and the installation was done fast and right. Technicians were very courteous and made sure I had a good understanding of the system before leaving. I have used Bob's Cool Air several times in the past and the service has always been top notch. I would easily recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. Easily 5 stars.
