Extremely unprofessional company to work with. They didn’t show up for an installation appointment in January, when it was booked months in advance. They sent a text saying it would be cancelled an hour before. They then did not try to communicate with us at all. I tried calling them for a week before they finally responded. They then made another appointment with us, to which they then cancelled again. We had to call over and over again and had to hound them to make another appointment. They were impossible to reach and showed zero interest in completing the installation. Would definitly not recommend. Go with one of the many other companies.
The Goodman heat pump developed a refrigerant leak. Hot & Cold responded quickly by sending two technicians to fix the problem. They were very professional, nice, pleasant and worked efficiently. All work was done under warranty. We are very satisfied with their service.
The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and comprehensive. He took the time to make sure I understood the system well and what to look out for in the future. Excellent service .
Kevin was very thorough and explained what needed repair and/or replacement. Although excellent service on site, there has been no follow-up to the problem he observed in spite of my two messages left to the company since his first visit. Heat pump now has ice buildup.
Reached out just a day ago after our house heater completely stopped working right at the start of the cold season. Manny doesn’t normally work weekends, but he made it a point to come by on Saturday to make sure our heat was up and running before the freezing weather hit. He was an absolute joy to talk to, professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. He even went the extra mile to adjust our thermostat settings and patiently answered all our random questions. Highly recommend Hot & Cold, and if you can, ask for Manny! He’s a HVAC magician!
