In mid January the blower motor failed. I called Air Dynamics and they immediately sent out a technician to diagnose the issue that very afternoon. The technician informed me of what was wrong and what my options were. Since the existing heat pump was 30 years old, I elected to have a complete new system installed. The technician provided quotes for different system and made a recommendation. Two days later a pair of installation technicians showed up early in the morning and worked through the day to get us back on some warm air. They kept me informed of what they were doing, answered my questions explained how the system worked. I certainly recommend Air Dynamics for both service and installation. I've been using them for the past seven years.
Brandon is awesome! Our air handler was acting up so he came to diagnose the problem on Saturday but the unit wouldn't repeat the problem. Sunday came and the unit was acting up so I called and he was here in less than an hour and was able to figure out the problem. I wish everyone was as patient and professional and honest as he is! Thanks so much give that man a raise! I will recommend Air Dynamics to everyone I know on the area.
Cory and Andrew replaced an existing return duct and increased the size of the return vent which was initially installed incorrectly by a different contractor. They arrive on time, communicated well on what they were doing and cleaned up before they left. It was refreshing to have quality work done by respectable workers.
I highly recommend Air Dynamics. They are straightforward and professional. I had my cooling system replaced today. My old unit was over 18 years old. Tim, Brandon and Nemon are the best installers the area. They informed me on every detail of what was going on. Having a company that use great communication is key to customer satisfaction. I am very Happy they moved quickly to rectify my cooling needs. The office staff is professional as well. This is definitely Mooresville's best.
