WOW! I can't believe the service and understanding. I had an appointment that I missed because I fell asleep. When I called, Victoria was very understanding and made sure they sent a technician out the same day. He came right away and promptly fixed my air conditioner. Highly recommend Duncan, they were awesome. Had a replacement of a system that services the 2d and 3d floors of my home and their work from top to bottom was great. Knowledgeable technicians, very particular and very friendly...NO mess. The service and Installation departments, kept me informed and their follow-up, post install, has been excellent.
