Not only did he do a thorough job, but he was also incredibly professional and respectful of our home. Most importantly, he was so kind to our dogs, which we really appreciated. We were referred to Peace by our realtor and all I can say is we are so glad to have had Peace come out. Our heat stopped working and even though we had already had someone come out to look at the issue we wanted a second opinion. Peace was able to come out the very next day and they immediately checked over everything again and ended up confirming the issue was much less severe than what we were previously told and quoted for. They were very transparent about everything from pricing to the issues with our HVAC. The entire issue was all fixed within an hour and JT was great! JT made sure to go ahead and look through the entire HVAC to ensure everything was functioning and up to standard. Great experience. I called this morning because I had no heat, and a repairman, JT Swain, was at my house within an hour or two. He quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately went to get the needed parts. He was super pleasant, explained everything clearly, and gave me all my options — both the necessary fixes and the ones that could wait or be helpful later.He wasn’t pushy in the least when I chose to go with just the necessary repairs. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be using this company for all my future HVAC needs.
Had a terrific experience with Peace Heating and Air. Just moved in and had to replace a 25 year old hvac system. Brian spent a lot of time to walk me through the options, pricing and rebates available. They also uncovered extensive damage throughout the duct work with big impacts on air quality and the electric bill. They replaced all of it very quickly. When an issue came up, Tyler came out right away afterhours and went over and above to patiently troubleshoot and diagnose. I was blown away by the level of service and expertise. Jeff, Dominique, Tim, Hunter - didn't get all of the names - were a great team - all professionals. Peace even provided window AC units to keep the house cool during installation. I'm very satisfied with the new system and highly recommend Peace. It's a company with high standards that can mobilize into action. They were even early for every appointment. I have Peace of mind to know I have a great system and a trustworthy team to call on anytime.
