I just wanted you to know that I am so appreciative of the level of quality service you have provided me over the last six years. You serviced my heating unit on December 17th after a botched repair experience with American Home Shield and the company that they assigned to do the work. It has taken me two months to receive my out-of-pocket expenses and only because I had to report American Home Shield to the North Carolina Consumer Protection Division. I so appreciate the honesty of your company in dealing with your customers. This has been your special trait in all of my six years of dealing with you.

We have used multiple HVAC companies throughout the years and have always had issues with longevity and consistency. We saw Race City Heating & Air for years but never inquired about them because we assumed they were like some of the other big name companies. Boy was I wrong, their prices were in line with most others and they offered a better warranty than most others. Since we started using Race City Heating & Air we have changed out 2 failing AC units which were 15 years old within 24 months of each other. We also have 2 furnaces in our home which were installed in 1997 so we decided to have them replaced as well since a discount is offered. They are very honest and upfront and during our face to face about AC shopping recommended us to get other quotes and get educated on the competitor’s brand names and warranties. My wife is the one who selected this company because she does all the “homework” on anyone that does home repairs. She did a great job selecting them and they have done a great job in the installs. I am a Race City native and have seen many companies come and go over years and am happy we made our choice we made. Thanks again Race City Heating & Air.

Race City heating and air is outstanding! Quick response always and always very reasonable! My mother was almost taken advantage of by an competitor and I called Race City for her and they saved her over 10k on a new system (because the other company was trying to take advantage of her)! Their technicians are always friendly, polite, knowledgeable and honest! Hands down the best in the area and I will never waver from their service!
