Upon arrival our tech (Marshall) effectively listened to my concerns and immediately started to inspect our heating system. He not only inspected the areas of my concern but the entire system. He showed me clear pictures and videos of my system, which proved the other company has been dishonest with me. I am so impressed with this company! They were recommended by a friend and I can see why! They came out in record time, took care of my water heater issue (gas leak) and double checked my heat to make sure it was safe as well. We had Marshall and Hunter out at our rental property for installation of the Smart AC product that monitors performance with multiple sensors and alerts us for potential issues. They also discovered that the thermostat installed by our property manager was installed incorrectly that had the heat set to Emergency heat which utilizes only the heat strips in our heat pump. Our winter bills last year were super high and we had assumed it was due to guest cranking up the heat. They installed a new Honeywell thermostat that allows us to program and manage from our phone but also tracks indoor air quality.
