Had a great experience with Faisal on my rental properties downstairs AC unit. I got his number from another client of his who spoke highly of him. My rental property is 1 hour away so it was very helpful to have him go check it out without me having to go there. He was extremely responsive and fast, something both my tenant and I appreciated. I had to call him again barely 1 week later for an issue with the upstairs AC unit. Again, super responsive and had the issue fixed within 2 hours.
